Item 1.01.              Entry Into a Material Definitive Agreement

 

On March 25, 2005, Labor Ready, Inc. (the “Company”) filed a Current Report on Form 8-K (the “Current Report”) regarding the entry into executive employment agreements with John Hopkins, Gary North and Steven C. Cooper.  The Current Report contained incorrect dates regarding the date these executive employment agreements were entered into.  The Current Report should have stated that the executive employment agreements with John Hopkins and Gary North were entered into on March 21, 2005, rather than March 21, 2004.  Also, the Current Report should have stated that the executive employment agreement with Steven C. Cooper was entered into on March 23, 2005, rather than March 23, 2004.
