Subsequent Events [Text Block]	SUBSEQUENT EVENT On May 30, 2013, we entered into an amendment of the 2011 Credit Agreement that extended the expiration date of the agreement from July 22, 2016 to May 30, 2018 and established revised pricing, which lowered our rates and fees. No other material terms of the original agreement were modified by the amendment.
