9. COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES

Lease Commitment

On May 27, 2016, the Company entered into an agreement for the lease of a virtual office in Princeton, NJ for monthly rental of $155. The lease began on May 12, 2016 in month to month basis and can be cancelled on either party’s discretion with a three months’ notice.
