COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES On May 27, 2016, the Company entered into an agreement for the lease of a virtual office in Princeton, NJ for monthly rental of $200. The lease began on May 12, 2016 on monthly basis and can be cancelled at either party’s discretion with a three-month notice.
