CAPITAL TRANSACTIONS	NOTE 8 ¾ CAPITAL TRANSACTIONS During the quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2015, Capstead issued an additional 47,000 and 515,000 shares of its 7.50% Series E Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock through an at-the-market continuous offering program at average prices of $24.38 and $24.63, net of underwriting fees and other costs, for net proceeds of $1.1 million and $12.7 million, respectively.
