HCP Prices Offering of 13 Million Shares

 

LONG BEACH, Calif., Aug 06, 2008 (BUSINESS WIRE) — HCP (NYSE:HCP) announced the pricing of its public offering of 13 million shares of common stock at a price per share of $33.50. The proceeds from this offering will be approximately $435 million and will be used to repay a portion of outstanding indebtedness under HCP’s bridge loan facility.

 

The underwriters also have an option to purchase up to 1.95 million shares of common stock exercisable within 30 days.
