On November 28, 2016, Jon Ryan informed the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Banyan Rail Services Inc. (the “Company”) of his intention to resign as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, President and Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately. Mr. Ryan also resigned from his position as a director on the Board. The Company’s board now consists of 4 members. Mr. Ryan resigned in order to pursue personal opportunities. The Company named Paul Dennis as the interim CEO, President and CFO.
