On February 26, 2007, North Pittsburgh Systems, Inc. (the Company) issued a press release announcing the declaration of a common stock quarterly dividend payable on April 13, 2007 to shareholders of record on April 2, 2007, the text of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
