On May 22, 2006, North Pittsburgh Systems, Inc. (the Company) issued a press release announcing the declaration of a common stock quarterly dividend payable on July 14, 2006 to shareholders of record on July 3, 2006, the text of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
