Organization and Description of Business	Note 1 – Organization and Description of Business Sionix Corporation (the "Company") was incorporated in Utah in 1996, and completed its reincorporation as a Nevada corporation effective July 1, 2003. Sionix designs, develops, markets and sells cost-effective water management and treatment solutions intended for use in the oil and gas, agriculture, disaster relief, and municipal (both potable and wastewater) markets.
