The computations of basic and diluted earnings per share attributable to common shareholders for the three- and six-month periods ended March 29, 2014 and March 30, 2013 are as follows:

Options and RSUs representing 135,000 and 351,000 shares for the six-month periods ended March 29, 2014 and March 30, 2013, respectively, were antidilutive and were not included in the diluted earnings per share calculation.
