Other Events.
On July 29, 2015, Cliffs Natural Resources Inc. (“Cliffs”) issued a news release announcing second-quarter financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2015, in which Cliffs stated that it anticipated receiving a cash tax refund during the third quarter of 2015 of approximately $160 million. Cliffs received the cash tax refund of approximately $160 million on August 5, 2015.
