This Removal of Conditions Statement is dated the 25th day of April 2000, with respect to that Agreement for the purchase and sale of the property commonly known as 2901-2951 Sunrise Boulevard dated March 17, 2000 by and between Seller and Purchaser ("Sale Contract"). 2. The Sales Contract contains certain conditions which the undersigned hereto desires to cancel and rescind as of the date hereof. In furtherance of the foregoing, the undersigned hereby cancels, removes and rescinds the following conditions from the Sales Contract: (a) 7.B. Purchaser's Inspections (1) Physical Inspections (2) Inspection of Documents, Books and Records (3) Title Approval (b) 7.C. Review of Personal Property 3.
