NOTE 9 - SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	In October 2012, the Company issued 47,000 shares of common stock at an aggregate value of $24,440 in connection with certain loan fees. In November 2012, the Company issued 152,000 shares of common stock at an aggregate value of $106,400 to various consultants for services.
