NOTE 6 - INCOME TAXES	Our effective tax rates were approximately (0.0)% and (0.0)% for the nine months ended September 30, 2012 and 2011, respectively. Our effective tax rate was lower than the U.S. federal statutory rate due to, net operating loss carry-forwards available to offset current and future taxable income.
