NOTE 6 - INCOME TAXES	Our effective tax rates were approximately (0.0%) and (0.0%) for the six months ended June 30, 2012 and 2011, respectively. Our effective tax rate was lower than the U.S. federal statutory rate due to net operating loss carry-forwards available to offset current and future taxable income.
