Item 8.01 Other Events

On March 25, 2020, LCI Industries announced the temporary suspension of production at select manufacturing facilities across North America and Europe as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. After further evaluation and on a plant-by-plant basis, the Company currently intends to resume operations to varying degrees for the majority of its facilities on May 4, 2020. The Company is implementing rigorous health and safety protocols at its facilities as it resumes operations, including screening employees for potential symptoms, extensive and frequent disinfecting of workspaces, social distancing restrictions to production personnel, and providing masks to each team member.
