On August 21, 2019, Karen R. Makowski, Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer of Chemung Canal Trust Company (the “Bank”), a subsidiary of Chemung Financial Corporation (the “Corporation”), announced that she will retire from the Bank on January 2, 2020.
