NOTE 10 - CASH DIVIDENDS

The Company paid cash dividends of $1.3 million in both the three months ended September 30, 2021 and September 30, 2020. Dividends on restricted stock units in the amount of $0.1 million were accrued as of both September 30, 2021 and 2020, respectively. These dividends will be paid upon the vesting of the restricted stock units when shares are issued to the award recipients. In November 2021, the Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 per share payable November 23, 2021 to shareholders of record as of November 15, 2021. The indicated annual cash dividend rate is $0.20 per share.
