Stockholders' Equity Note Disclosure [Text Block]	NOTE 9 - CASH DIVIDENDS The Company paid cash dividends of $2.6 million in both the six months ended December 31, 2020 and December 31, 2019. Dividends on restricted stock units in the amount of $104,346 and $52,383 were accrued as of December 31, 2020 and 2019, respectively. These dividends will be paid upon the vesting of the restricted stock units when shares are issued to the award recipients. In January 2021, the Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 per share payable February 9, 2021 to shareholders of record as of February 1, 2021. The indicated annual cash dividend rate is $0.20 per share.

The entire disclosure for shareholders' equity comprised of portions attributable to the parent entity and noncontrolling interest, including other comprehensive income. Includes, but is not limited to, balances of common stock, preferred stock, additional paid-in capital, other capital and retained earnings, accumulated balance for each classification of other comprehensive income and amount of comprehensive income.
