CASH DIVIDENDS

The Company paid cash dividends of

respectively. Dividends on restricted stock units in the amount of

2017,

respectively. These dividends are paid upon the vesting of the restricted stock units when shares are issued to the award recipients. In

August 2018,

the Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of

per share payable

to shareholders of record
