– SEVERANCE COSTS

The Company recorded severance expense of

$173,000

and

$223,000

in the

six

months ended

December

31,

2016

and

2015,

respectively. This severance expense was related to reductions in staffing not related to plant restructuring. See further discussion of restructuring expenses in Note

14.
