NOTE 9 -  CASH DIVIDENDS

The Company paid cash dividends of $1,256,000 and $735,000 in the three months ended September 30, 2016 and 2015, respectively. Dividends on restricted stock units in the amount of $13,898 and $2,160 were accrued as of September 30, 2016 and 2015, respectively. These dividends will be paid upon the vesting of the restricted stock units when shares are issued to the award recipients. In October 2016, the Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 per share payable November 15, 2016 to shareholders of record as of November 7, 2016.

The indicated annual cash dividend rate is $0.20 per share.
