Income Taxes	10. INCOME TAXES The Company's effective tax rates for the 13 weeks ended May 27, 2012 and May 29, 2011 were 19.2% and 16.2%, respectively. The effective rates varied from the U.S. Federal statutory rate primarily due to foreign income taxed at lower rates.

Disclosures may include net deferred tax liability or asset recognized in an enterprise's statement of financial position, net change during the year in the total valuation allowance, approximate tax effect of each type of temporary difference and carryforward that gives rise to a significant portion of deferred tax liabilities and deferred tax assets, utilization of a tax carryback, and tax uncertainties information.
