18) Subsequent Events

Management evaluated all other activity of the Company and concluded that no subsequent events have occurred that would require recognition in the condensed consolidated financial statements, other than the asset held for lease rental agreement that occurred on March 14^th in note 8, the extension of the EIDL first payment due date, the line of credit renewal and covenant update as mentioned in Note 10, the robotic weld cell and lift truck leasing activity in note 13 and the Stock Purchase Agreement mentioned in Note 15 and the Liquidity and Capital Resources section of Item 2 Management’s Discussion and Analysis.
