Compensation and Employee Benefit Plans [Text Block]	(9) Employee Benefit Plans The Company sponsors a defined contribution 401(k) savings plan which covers substantially all full-time employees who meet eligibility requirements. Participating employees may contribute as salary reductions any amount of their compensation up to the limit prescribed by the Internal Revenue Code. The Company began making 25% matching contributions to employees contributing a minimum of 4% of their compensation, up to 1% of eligible compensation starting June 2005. The Company recognized an expense of $26,051 and $29,434 related to this plan during the years ended November 30, 2011 and 2010, respectively.
