Note 9. Share-Based Compensation The following tables set forth certain share-based compensation information for the three months ended March 31, 2019 and 2018, respectively:
The Company’s 2017 Stock Incentive Plan (the “2017 Plan”) establishes the procedures for the granting of, among other things, restricted stock awards. On May 1, 2019, the Company’s shareholders approved an amendment to the 2017 Plan, which increased the maximum number of shares available for issuance under the plan by 2.0 million shares, to a new total of 6.0 million shares. Upon approval of the amendment, 2.4 million shares remained available for grants pursuant to the 2017 Plan. During the three months ended March 31, 2019, there were 522,000 restricted shares issued, with a weighted average grant date fair value of $3.22 per share. |
