(b) and (c) Principal Officers

Effective May 31, 2005, Gaspare J. Saitta, II, age 32, was appointed as Chief Accounting Officer of the Company, replacing Ann Maneri who remains as property controller. Since April 19, 2004, Mr. Saitta has been director of special transactions of the Company. Prior thereto and since September 1994, he was associated with Ernst & Young LLP in various positions, his most recent position being senior manager.
