As of March 31, 2022 and December 31, 2021, the Company had $127 million and $221 million, respectively, outstanding under a note payable to its parent. The note payable accrues interest monthly with an annual interest rate of 4.90% as of March 31, 2022 and matures on July 31, 2027.
