As of June 30, 2021 and December 31, 2020, the Company had $306 million and $550 million, respectively, outstanding under a note payable to its parent. The note payable accrues interest monthly with an annual interest rate of 4.96% as of June 30, 2021 and matures on July 31, 2027.
