On August 30, 2007, William J. Fehrman resigned as President of PacifiCorp Energy, a division of PacifiCorp, and as a director of PacifiCorp.
 
Effective August 30, 2007, A. Robert Lasich was elected President of PacifiCorp Energy to replace Mr. Fehrman. Mr. Lasich was serving as Vice President and General Counsel of PacifiCorp Energy and continues to serve as a director of PacifiCorp.
 
Biographical information for Mr. Lasich is incorporated herein by reference to the information presented in Item 10, “Directors and Executive Officers of the Registrant,” in Part III of PacifiCorp’s Transition Report on Form 10-K for the transition period from April 1, 2006 to December 31, 2006 filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on March 2, 2007.
