THE COMPANY PREPARED THE DOCUMENT IN A TIMELY MATTER. SUBMITTING THE DOCUMENT TO
BE EDGARIZED WITH SUFFICIENT TIME FOR FILING.  HOWEVER, THE PROCESSOR WAS UNABLE
TO COMPLETE FILING.  WHILE THE COMPANY RECOGNIZES THAT IT IS IT'S RESPONSIBILITY
FOR TIMELY FILING IT DID NOT FORESEE THE DELAY AS PREVIOUSLY MENTIONED.

The net income for the three  months and nine months  ended  September  30, 2003
when compared to the same periods for 2002 has improved  significantly.  For the
three months ended September 30, 2003 net income was $158,766  compared to a net
loss of $1,357,152 for the prior year quarter.  The nine months ended  September
30, 2003 resulted in a net loss of $667,513 compared to a net loss of $4,626,332
for the same period in 2002.
