(e) On June 30, 2017, Ronald T. Lindsay entered into an agreement with our subsidiary, SCANA Services, Inc., pursuant to which he will provide independent consulting services to us through December 31, 2017. In exchange for these services, Mr. Lindsay will receive, subject to certain terms and conditions, payment equivalent to his then current levels of base and incentive compensation for the period ending December 31, 2017.
