Declaration of Quarterly Dividend

At its October 28, 2015 meeting, the Company's Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per share on its common stock, to be paid on November 25, 2015 to shareholders of record as of November 11, 2015.

The press release issued by the Company on October 28, 2015 announcing the foregoing event is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
