Related Party Transactions Disclosure [Text Block]	NOTE 8 - ACCOUNTS PAYABLE – RELATED PARTIES As of December 31, 2012 and 2011, the Company owed $234,572 and $229,669, respectively, to certain consultants for services. These consultants are stockholders of the Company and are classified as related parties.

The entire disclosure for related party transactions. Examples of related party transactions include transactions between (a) a parent company and its subsidiary; (b) subsidiaries of a common parent; (c) and entity and its principal owners; and (d) affiliates.
