Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
(b) On April 17, 2023, Michael T. Barkley, Senior Vice President and Controller, announced his retirement from PACCAR after 32 years of service. Mr. Barkley’s retirement is effective June 1, 2023.
(c) Brice J. Poplawski, 59, will be appointed Vice President and Controller effective June 1, 2023. Mr. Poplawski has worked at the Company for 25 years and has held positions of increasing responsibility in various divisions of PACCAR. He was a Corporate Operations Controller from 2007 to 2020 and was promoted to Senior Operations Controller in 2020. Mr. Poplawski is a Certified Public Accountant and a graduate of Central Michigan University (B.S. – Accounting) and the University of Washington (M.B.A).
