On April 23, 2007, the Compensation Committee of the PACCAR Inc Board of Directors awarded the Named Executive Officers identified in the Company’s March 21, 2007 proxy statement a Long Term Performance Cash Award (“LTIP Cash Award”) listed below for the 2004-2006 cycle under the Company’s Long Term Incentive Plan. The total compensation for each Named Executive Officer reported in the Summary Compensation Table on page 12 of the Company’s 2007 proxy statement has been recalculated to include the LTIP Cash Award as follows:
