NOTE 8. RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS

Alonim Investments Inc. (“Alonim”) owns approximately 7.6 million shares, or approximately 16%, of our outstanding common stock as of December 28, 2014. As such, Alonim is our largest stockholder.

Related party contributions as a percentage of our total net sales for the periods indicated below were as follows:
