Subsequent Event	NOTE 18. SUBSEQUENT EVENT On November 10, 2011, we filed a Form 8-K announcing the resignation of our former Chief Executive Officer, President and Board Member, Pete Rodriguez. Richard L. Leza, our Chairman of the Board of Directors will assume, on an interim basis, the duties of Chief Executive Officer and President, effective immediately. The Board of Directors will immediately commence a search for a full time Chief Executive Officer and President.
