RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS	NOTE 3. RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS The Company acquired liquid and solid containment tanks totaling $8.0 million and $21.8 million during the three and six months ended June 30, 2012, respectively, from Sabre Manufacturing, LLC, which is controlled by the President of Adler Tank Rentals, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company. In addition, the Company receives certain support services from a company controlled by the President of Adler Tank Rentals, LLC, which were insignificant in the three and six months ended June 30, 2012. Amounts due to related parties at June 30, 2012 totaled $2.0 million.
