We have acted as special counsel to Owens & Minor, Inc., a Virginia corporation (the “Company”), with respect to the offer and sale from time to time of shares of the Company's common stock, par value $2.00 per share (the “Common Stock”) pursuant to the Company's 2017 Teammate Stock Purchase Plan (the “Plan”).
