Subsequent Events	Note 7 – Subsequent Events: NNN has reviewed its subsequent events which have occurred after March 31, 2023, the date of the Condensed Consolidated Balance Sheet. In April 2023, NNN repaid the remaining mortgages payable principal balance of $9,774,000 which was due in July 2023. No penalty was incurred as a result of this repayment. There were no other reportable subsequent events or transactions.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
