Subsequent Events

Subsequent Events:

NNN reviewed its subsequent events and transactions that have occurred after September 30, 2018, the date of the condensed consolidated balance sheet.

In October 2018, NNN redeemed the $300,000,0005.500% notes payable that were due in July 2021. The notes were redeemed at a price equal to 100% of the principal amount, plus (i) a make-whole amount of $18,240,000, and (ii) accrued and unpaid interest.

There were no additional reportable subsequent events or transactions.
