(b) On February 28, 2008, SunTrust Banks, Inc. accepted the resignation of E. Neville Isdell effective as of the date of SunTrust’s annual meeting of shareholders, April 29, 2008. As Mr. Isdell oversees the leadership transition at The Coca-Cola Company, he is adjusting his business priorities and commitments and has determined that this is the right time to exit as a SunTrust director.
