On April 29, 2014, General John M. Keane (ret.) notified Scientific Games Corporation (the “Company”) of his resignation as a member of the board of directors of the Company in light of personal obligations.  General Keane advised the Company that his resignation was not in connection with any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices.
