PORTLAND, Oregon, November 6, 2006 — TRM Corporation (NASDAQ: TRMM) today announced that it will delay filing its Form 10-Q for the third quarter of fiscal 2006. The Company requires additional time to file its Form 10-Q in order to complete the preparation of its financial statements. Additionally, TRM Corporation expects to host a conference call the week of November 13, 2006 to set forth the Company’s restructuring strategy, as well as to discuss financial results for the third quarter. The Company will announce dial-in information for this call shortly.
