DISTRIBUTIONS	NOTE 5—DISTRIBUTIONS Total cash distributions declared and paid in February, May and August 2012 were $102,510, $104,125 and $118,725, respectively. On October 25, 2012, a distribution to the limited partners of $111,912, or approximately $4.14 per limited partnership unit, was approved. Such distribution was paid on November 5, 2012. The General Partner also received a distribution of $1,130 with respect to its 1% partnership interest in November 2012.

NOTE 5—DISTRIBUTIONS
