BUSINESS SEGMENTS

 17.BUSINESS SEGMENTS:   The Company operates through two reporting segments.  The Electronics Group is comprised of the Orbit Instrument Division and TDL and ICS subsidiaries. The Company's Power Group is comprised of its Behlman Electronics, Inc. subsidiary.   The Company's reportable segments are business units that offer different products.  The Company's reportable segments are each managed separately as they manufacture and distribute distinct products with different production processes.
