This Notice of Guaranteed Delivery or one substantially equivalent hereto must be used by registered holders of outstanding 5.500% Senior Notes due 2026 (the “Original Notes”) of Tempur Sealy International, Inc. (the “Company”) who wish to tender their Original Notes in exchange for a like principal amount of newly issued 5.500% Senior Notes due 2026 of the Company registered under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the “Registered Notes”) pursuant to the exchange offer (the “Exchange Offer”) described in the Prospectus, dated , 2016 (as the same may be amended or supplemented from time to time, the “Prospectus”) if the holder’s Original Notes are not immediately available or if such bolder cannot deliver its Original Notes and Letter of Transmittal (and any other documents required by the Letter of Transmittal) to The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A. (the “Exchange Agent”) prior to midnight, New York City time, on , 2016, or such later and time to which the Exchange Offer may be extended (the “Expiration Date”) or you cannot complete the procedure for book-entry on a timely basis.
