Item 8.01.  Other Events

On January 23, 2008, Unisys Corporation announced that it is postponing the
deadlines for advance notice of director nominations and stockholder proposals
in connection with its 2008 annual meeting of stockholders.  In each case, the
deadline has been moved to 5:00 p.m., Eastern Time, on February 19, 2008.
Previously the deadlines for delivering notice to the company were:

For stockholder nominations of directors - January 25, 2008

For stockholder proposals (where the stockholder has not sought to include the
proposal in the company's 2008 proxy materials) - January 27, 2008
